To ensure we have greater control over the quality of our final product, HS Vision Group’s in-house Construction Division is responsible for the building of all current and future developments.  Our dedicated team of project managers, estimators, site foremen and tradesmen have a proven track record in delivering superior quality projects.

Strict on-site supervision ensures that the latest construction methods are implemented throughout, from efficient engineering practices to cutting edge architectural design. This level of control ensures all tradesmen and sub-contractors are focused on creating superior quality products consistent with HS Vision Group’s high standards.     

Our final management stage is the handover at settlement to our Property Management Division.  Our quality assurance team conducts three levels of checking of the finished building before occupation.  Third party contractors are also engaged to assess the quality of the finished product independently.
