The value of clients’ assets is protected and enhanced long term, thanks to HS Vision Group’s commitment to the ongoing maintenance of all projects.

The long-term upkeep of all HS Vision Group projects is the responsibility of our Construction and Maintenance Division, which represents all major trades from painters and plumbers to electricians and air-conditioning specialists.

Tenants are encouraged to report maintenance issues immediately, so that Construction and Maintenance personnel can rectify any problems as quickly as possible. While minimizing inconvenience for the tenants, this is also cost-effective for the owner and helps to ensure the long-term integrity of the property.

The Division is also responsible for the ongoing upkeep of all grounds and facilities under caretaking management agreements retained by the HS Vision Group. Again, this is more cost-effective for the Body Corporate of each project, while also ensuring properties remain immaculately presented in the long term.
